Human Resources Specialist - Hospice By The Bay - (Larkspur, CA)

Founded in 1975, Hospice by the Bay (HBTB) is California s 1st hospice and is the 2nd in the nation. Our nonprofit currently serves children of all ages, adult patients and their families in the counties of Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Sonoma, and the cities of Napa, American Canyon and Vallejo. A pioneer in the field for more than 40 yrs, HBTB affiliated with UCSF in 2015. We are currently seeking a Human Resource Specialist to be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate HR files and databases in compliance with organization policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Essential Duties & Assignments include (but are not restricted to): Ensure that necessary renewals of date sensitive details are received and documented in a timely manner. Enter personnel data and payroll changes into the HR Info System Produce and maintain all personnel related lists and reports including but not limited to required documents, employee review dates, contact details and salary info.
