Talent Acquisition Coordinator - (Opelika, AL)

Afni is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who significantly contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition Team by providing a high-level of customer service, support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. This role will be responsible for lead to candidate conversion and managing and filling interview slots. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will coordinate the candidate background and ensure the process results in a positive candidate background. What you will be doing: Candidate Sourcing/Selection/Hiring: Successfully manage candidate sourcing and evaluation based on candidate background, skills, goals, and competencies to determine best fit for role and organization. Manage the agent job requisition process (open and close hiring requisitions) and monitor for compliance.
