Member Engagement Specialist - (Sherwood, OR)

The YMCA of Columbia-Willamette is a mission driven organization, which seeks individuals who are enthusiastic and passionate about our mission and vision. Objective: Under the direction of the Membership Outreach Director and working alongside the Membership Office Administrator, this position is responsible for serving prospective/existing members with membership opportunities, handling administrative functions, answering phones and greeting visitors. Job assignments: The Member Engagement Specialist provides excellent customer service in a professional and knowledgeable manner while improving the lives of members through healthy living, youth development and social responsibility. this individual works in a quick paced, friendly environment where 1 builds relationships with staff, guests and members from children to seniors. This position is scheduled to work evenings and weekends.
