Position description Job titleDirector, Field ServicesReports toGeneral Manager Job purpose This position will be responsible for the day to day management of Thoreau Services janitorial field services including quality and safety training, ensure all services are performed on time within provided hours, field location inspections and corrective actions if needed and the adherence to all company policies and procedures of Thoreau Services, Inc. Duties and responsibilities Manage field service team to provide optimum customer services through production ofhigh quality of work. Manages the need of teammates to maximize learning and productivity while minimizing turnover. Hire and develop service technicians; Identify performance goals and provide ongoing training, coaching and feedback. Budget Management and financial projection skills Manage payroll and time keeping for field service technicians. Assist in goal setting, skill enhancement and performance reviews activities for field service staffs.
