Telecommunications Technician II - (Memphis, TN)

Telecommunications Technician II Works in a lead capacity in the resolution of complex data and voice problems. Works with vendors and staff in the installation and configuration of network products including terminal servers, bridges, gateways and voice terminals. Acts as a technical resource for the Network Technician's group. Leads other technicians in the trouble shooting of network (LAN and WAN) problems using diagnostic equipment in an organized/systematic approach. Works with the voice engineer in the diagnosis of voice related issues
