Assistant District Attorney Complaint Room Supervisor This office is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as an Assistant District Attorney Supervisor assigned to the Complaint Room. The Complaint Room is the entry point for most felony cases prosecuted by the Fulton County District Attorney's Office. The Complaint Room is designed to streamline the felony charging process by promoting communication between prosecutors and law enforcement early and often, beginning at the point of arrest (sometimes earlier). The attorney assigned to this position will process cases that are received in the Complaint Room and will be responsible for supervising the Assistant District Attorneys assigned to their shift. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 11:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. Essential Duties: Supervise all employees and activities during eight hour shift Receive cases from all police departments within Fulton county Communicate with police officers about charging decisions
