Paralegal - (Arlington, VA)

This large general practice firm is actively seeking an experienced Paralegal to support the firm's Immigration practice. The perfect candidate will have significant background in business immigration, including E, L, blanket L, H-1B, PERM, and EB petitions. A college diploma or equivalent paralegal background is essential. The applicant will be expected to assist lawyers and senior paralegals with the preparation of complex legal documents, mid-level legal research activities and other tasks related to Immigration practice. It is important that the applicant have proficient knowledge of Ms office and basic technological and research skills necessary to pull requested documents from on-line resources. A familiarity with legal technology and computer databases is required. The expertise to work effectively and accurately under pressure, and present a positive, professional image with colleagues, professional staff, and vendors is also required.
