Position overview Continuous Improvement Professional monitors and improves organizational processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible. Defines, designs and implements process improvement as a part of the Program Management Office strategic direction, and ensures integration and alignment vertically and horizontally, across organization. Defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies and priorities. Facilitates and coaches improvement teams. Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure project success. Utilize Lean, 6 Sigma and change management methodologies and have appropriate levels of certification for the role. Supervisor Responsibilities N/A Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Act as an internal consultant, implementing short- and longterm strategies for the organization and incorporating 6 Sigma, Agile, and other practices. Facilitate progress and reduce costs, both in terms of sales and workflow inefficiencies.
