In this role, you will coordinate and assist (hands-on) all technical maintenance activities of Employees engaged in monitoring, maintaining and repairing building equipment and systems such as electrical, electronic control systems, heating, a-c, ventilation, plumbing and related pipe systems, as well as carpentry, painting, grounds keeping, etc.
