Customer Service Representative (Dispatch) - (Irving, TX)
Responsibilities * Manage large amounts of incoming call, provide resolutions to issues and field questions, re direct calls to the appropriate staff when needed * Follow communication protocol to provide a positive background to the customer and ensure that issues are thoroughly addressed * Coordinate requests between the customer and vendor servicing the request * Ensure that customer requests are closed out within the required timeframe as designated in the service level agreement * Maintain thorough and accurate records of calls and manage the status updates for requests in the tracking system * Process required data entry associated with the interaction * May perform other duties as assigned such as reporting and analysis of call volume and resolution Qualifications * A High-school degree or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
