Under the general direction of the Director of Property Manager, the Property Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of a property portfolio, including resident relations and asset management. The Property Manager is an important part of the UCPM team and represents the organization to the public through their work. Duties Provides effective and courteous service to residents, their guests, and co-workers Interviews prospective candidates and coordinates rental of vacant units Maintains a waiting list for properties Maintains a record of financial transactions with residents Monitors financial performance of a property portfolio Performs annual and interim income certifications Performs unit inspections Effectively uses UCPM property management and maintenance software Supervises a Maintainence Technician Requirements High-school diploma or equivalent One Year background working in residential property management, preferably in an affordable housing setting
