Position details Budget Blinds is the largest franchise system in the world for home goods and part of the Home Franchise Concepts Inc. family of brands with 1 of the most coveted franchise systems in North America. We are looking for a bright, energetic, enthusiastic franchise business coach to join our team to support our franchise network. Based out of our Irvine, California headquarters, this position reports to the Director of Budget Blinds Franchise Support. The FBC is 1st point of contact for the franchisees and has deep knowledge of the Budget Blinds Business Model and processes, vendors and products, and technology and tools to ensure the franchisees are as successful as they want to be. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide new and existing franchisees with high-quality and thoughtful business consulting using the HFC business planner, business vitals and coaching tools :Assist Franchisees in the creation of annual business plans based on operational and financial goals
