Position overview 13; Responsibilities The RDFOs lead a team of 7 to ten MFOs and DFOs and are accountable for driving quality and revenue performance of their region. The have a responsibility to foster a strong relationship with key franchisees and assist their team with franchise relationship recovery. :Lead, manage, and develop direct reports in order to drive revenue generating opportunities :Influence and motivate direct reports to take ownership of the key metrics driving their region :Lead problem resolution, onboarding and retention for MFO portfolios within their region
