Sr. Inventory Associate - (Louisville, KY)

Essential responsibilities: * Comply with all applicable FDA, DEA, cGMP, regulatory mandates and company procedures * Monitors inventory transactions to ensure accuracy * Resolves inventory variances based off of internal/external customer correspondence (shortages, damages, product disposition, etc.) * Shipping office: Inbound & Outbound carrier scheduling, Filing of inbound & outbound paperwork * Maintains quarantine inventory and monitors all quarantined product on hold; collaborate with Quality Assurance to manage market withdraws and recalls. * Support internal/external customer requests and respond timely * Execute pick and ship confirmations, and ensure all departing orders have been confirmed picked and shipped. * Set up new items in multiple inventory system(s). * Create Purchase Order for inventory replenishment. * Frequent contact with all departments including warehouse personnel. QA, management, carrier and client contact.
