Tech Support - (Cupertino, CA)

Our Client in Cupertino is seeking an organized and energetic Technical Support Specialist to play a key role in their organization as a liaison to customers and distributors. This company is a well-established pharmaceutical company and this position has the potential for growth. Responsibilities: - Receive, process, and analyze customer inquiries - CRM software background wanted but not required (will train) - Strong management skills and expertise to manage projects - Assist in the addition of technical and promotional written correspondence - Provide tech support and details regarding the products to consumers. These consumers come from Ph.D./ lab research backgrounds so a biology background is preferred or related experience. - Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm (flexible start available in the morning) - Create and process purchase orders - Input & manage technical resources including a database of scientific references, bibliographies, and tables - $52,000/year+
