Senior Application Analyst - (Iowa City, IA)

Job requirements: Research Administration position opening to design, plan, promote, and conduct activities of substantial complexity and impact for the human subject protection programs and services in the Office of the Vice President for Research, Human Subjects/IRB Office (HSO). This position will coordinate procedures to ensure compliance with human subjects research regulations, the Institutional Review Board (IRB) application process, and attend IRB meetings to document the discussion of regulatory determinations and any further actions needed for IRB approval. About the Human Subjects Office The Human Subjects Office (HSO) was established by the Vice President for Research to provide administ rative support for the University of Iowa Human Research Protection Program which includes the University of Iowa Institutional Review Boards and the Conflict of Interest in Research Committee, and the administration of ClinicalTrials.gov compliance.
