Informatics Analyst, Clinical Integration - (Reading, PA)

ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Integration Informatics Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data for the CIN to support efforts on improving clinical quality, leveraging value-based arrangements, and overall population health management goals for Tower Health Partners. Under the direction of the Manager, CI IT, this position will perform activities to design, develop, and deliver reports, dashboards, queries, and other info and analytic assessments. The position will demonstrate solid knowledge and use of CIN technology systems for data management, storage, BI, and population health. The Clinical Integration Informatics Analyst will work in collaboration with physicians, practices, and others to analyze reporting requests to ensure they meet business objectives.
