Technical Writer/Editor with Security Clearance - (Chicago, IL)

Description SAIC is seeking a highly qualified Technical Writer/Editor for a large-scale agile software engineering and integration project with a Federal government agency. Technical Writer/Editor Position assignments/Responsibilities: * Responsible for all technical writing for a complex software engineering and integration project. * Support documentation of technical systems, standard operating procedures, processes and other deliverables as required by the contract or at the direction of the Project Manager. * Work with 8 scrum development teams, support and management teammates to obtain an in-depth understanding of the systems / processes / procedures and documentation requirements. * Write technical and process documentation for various audiences including, but not limited to, manuals/procedures (system, end-user, training), white papers, design specifications, test plans, business correspondence, etc.
