Administrative Assistant - (Boston, MA)

Administrative Assistant Nonprofit Organization Seeking Administrative Assistant! This role provides high-level support to the C-Level Executives and requires the following responsibilities: ms word processing, spreadsheet development, presentation development, event planning, and administrative and clerical functions. The Administrative Assistant will substantially contribute to the operations of the organization at large. Must have an interest in a mission-driven organization! Provide administrative support to the organization, which will include, but is not limited to: Organizing and managing calendars, contacts and emails Answering/screening calls as needed and interacting with external parties to assist with requests Making travel arrangements using travel agency and Concur Scheduling Board Room and arranging external meetings that will sometimes involve catering Typing, revising, editing and proofreading various documents
