Instructional Designer needs experience in healthcare operations or administration preferred. Instructional Designer requires: Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communications, or Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience desired. 2+ years experience designing and/or delivering instructional materials to adult learners. 2+ years experience with Rapid E-Learning Development tools preferred. 2+ years experience with Ms office tools. Expertise to produce deliverables that are free of errors. Expertise to prioritize and/or deal with multiple issues and/or projects.
