Regional Training Specialist - (Scottsdale, AZ)

Scope of Responsibilities The Regional Training Specialist is responsible for providing field training support for corporate owned and managed locations as well as franchise clinics. Field training support includes but is not limited to; on-boarding new franchise owners, facilitating new franchisee training sessions, certification and maintenance of Regional Training Clinic Program, supporting new clinic openings, and the planning, oversight, and delivery of new initiatives and continuous education to the field. The Regional Training Specialist will also serve as a key resource assisting Franchise Business Consultants, Company Operated/Managed Clinic Leaders, and Corporate Operations Team with insights and input into training program development as well provide support to underperforming clinics/markets.
