We are working behind the scenes and on the front lines : making each guest background, moment and memory the best it can be. The Sous Chef at Dempseys Brew Pub and Restaurants primary assignments include: overseeing and supervising production of food for the Restaurant. Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to promote the companys culture, mission and philosophy. Must act as a team leader and motivator for kitchen staff, thus strong people skills and being a clear communicator are essential. LI:AT1
