Job summary Healthcare Marketing/Community Outreach Position available The HomeCare Group is looking for outgoing, professional individuals to help grow and maintain its relationships with other Health Professionals in the area. Assignments include: :Identification of new potential Patient referral sources, :Development and maintenance of existing and prospective professional relationships/accounts, :Identification of opportunities to become an active contributor to our community :Participation in community outreach, and care coordination to ensure fluid transition of patient to/from other providers. Individuals applying should be professional, outgoing and comfortable with meeting new people every day. Must have reliable transportation. Marketers will be reimbursed for their mileage. Pay is commensurate with background. Prior background in marketing, and/or home healthcare or the healthcare industry is preferred but not required. Company Description
