Principal Business Process Technology Analyst - (Santa Monica, CA)

Job description: The City of Santa Monica is looking for a strong Principal Business Process Technology Analyst to join a team dedicated to providing an exceptional customer background through strong relationships with business partners and technology alignment to business priorities. The Principal Business Process Technology Analyst serves as technology lead in the deployment and support of business systems that service the Santa Monica community of citizens, visitors, and city employees. This position analyzes complex business processes and workflows, improves efficiency through automation and streamlined operations and serves as a liaison to City departments, providing ability on reactive, proactive and enhancement support services. It also leads, trains and coordinates the work of staff, as assigned. Knowledge of: Business process and customer background facilitation techniques including: Lean IT, Voice of the Customer, and Journey Mapping. ITIL and the entire IT Service Delivery lifecycle.
