Rehab Area Director of Operations - (Warrenville, IL)

Overview Symbria Rehab is seeking an Area Director of Operations for the Northern Illinois Region to oversee assigned clinical and financial aspects of the rehab departments of assigned communities. Based out of our corporate office in Warrenville, IL, the Area Director will provide ongoing customer service and communication to the community Executive Directors, Administrators, Director of Nursing, or requested personnel. They will ensure each community is appropriately staffed and conduct chart audits for clinical content and regulatory compliance. The Area Director must be a licensed therapist in the state of Illinois (PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP).
