Job details Apartment Personnel Training and Staffing is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant in Butler, PA. We are looking for an energetic, positive, confident, customer service oriented individual. Background in property management is not required. Strong customer service background is, however. This position is part:time including weekends. 12: 14/hr plus leasing commission. Working Hours: :Thursday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm :Friday : 9:00 am to 5:30 pm :Saturday : 10:00 am to 4:00 pm :Sunday 11:00 am to 3:00 pm Responsibilities: :Leasing apartments including marketing, community tours, selling, and closing :Providing excellent customer service :Market surveys :Work order requests :Related computer and paper work Requirements: :Previous background in apartment leasing not required :Restaurant or hospitality background extremely beneficial :Strong sales abilities :Strong customer service skills :Professional :Positive thinker :Expertise to build good rapport with residents and prospects
