Job summary Fit Body Boot Camp is 1 of the fastest growing fitness franchises on the planet, in need of additional members for our coaching team to onboard franchisees and provide them with the support they need to thrive Our Franchisee Coaches assist new franchise locations through the process of securing their lease, building out their boot camp, hiring and training their staff, and running marketing campaigns to get new customers and prospects in the door. Coaching Role (subject to additional qualifications) : :Follow up with Franchisees through the process of getting their locations open and being profitable in there 1st 90 days :Reviewing KPIs and benchmarks with franchisees to ensure they are meeting target :Proactive in reaching out to owners and building trust among owners :Review LOIs to ensure Franchisees are negotiating the best deal :Connect owners with vendors to complete their build out and anything else that is needed from a third party
