POSITION Senior Claim Representative : LTC Claims Initial Eligibility LOCATION Lynchburg YOUR ROLE Longterm Care Claims is transforming and with transformation comes the potential for constant change. You will support our customer centric culture as a customer advocate by proactively providing accurate and timely details in order for the customer to be fully informed during the initial phase of the claim. You will, as a member of the Contact Center, partner closely with the Eligibility and Payment Servicing teams to provide an extraordinary claims background for our customers. You will work in a quick paced environment across multiple products as the lead point of contact for the Insured or their legal representative, providing the status of the eligibility review and set the expectations for the Insured or their legal representative. We operate daily with integrity and character to achieve outstanding results.
