Position overview The University of Wyoming, a Division I member of the NCAA and a member of the Mountain West Conference (MWC), has a full time opening for a Head Athletic Trainer for Football. The successful applicant will be a person of integrity with high ethical standards and who will exhibit a strict adherence to NCAA, MWC, University and departmental rules and regulations. Salary is commensurate with background. Primary assignments include, but are not limited to, the following: Providing and coordinating a high-level of athletic healthcare services for the Cowboy Football program to include prevention, evaluation, treatment, and short term and longterm rehabilitation of athletic injuries; Maintaining accurate and up-to-date health records and proper injury documentation, Coverage of practice and competition for the Cowboy Football program including travel, nights, weekends, holidays, etc.; Collaboration with general medical physician, orthopedic physicians
