Blistex Inc. is seeking your ability. The R and D Formulation Chemist is responsible for assisting in the development of new products and improvement of existing products. Assignments include: :Developing new or improved product formulas, packages or manufacturing procedures in conjunction with guideline established by our Marketing Department, International Department or the Product Development Committee. :Development and performance of all testing qualifications on new formulas and packages :Ensuring assigned projects are executed in a manner compliant with all regulatory guidelines :Conducting intellectual searches for technical or clinical details through a variety of resources including the Internet :Advising the Section Manager, R and D of the financial impact of formulating, sourcing or manufacturing issues related to assigned projects
