Job le: Community Mortgage Banking Representative Business Unit: Mortgage Administration Reports to: Varies Based on ignment Job overview: This position is primarily responsible for the origination of regulatory compliant residential mortgage loans with a focus on LMI borrowers and CRA census tract areas. The incumbent is responsible for building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with Bank branches, realtors, builders, attorneys, community/faith-based groups and local housing/counseling agencies. The incumbent counsels customers on solutions to their lending needs, provides excellent customer service, supports all key channel initiatives, conducts sales activities and achieves community service/production goals.
