Relationship Banker - Ferndale - (Troy, MI)

Position details / Required functions: Maintain a well-developed, working ability of Level one Bank's complete line of products and services. Process client transactions including but not limited to accepting deposits and loan payments, verifying cash and endorsements, and cashing checks within limits. Open and service new and existing consumer and business accounts. Become familiar with more complex Level one products including but not limited to IRAs and HSAs. This includes opening and servicing these types of accounts with istance. Meet and/or exceed sales referral goals by understanding the clients' financial needs by initiating conversations with clients to connect with them and determine their needs. Support the Banks' sales objectives and campaigns by selling and cross-selling Bank products.
