EXPECTATIONS / CRITICAL FUNCTIONS Opening new accounts DDA Savings CD IRA HSA Safe Boxes Correctly identify customers opening new accounts Verify Chexsystems / OFAC / TIN matching / Qualifile Check ordering for new and existing accounts ist customers with service requests including, but not limited to: Name change Adding or removing signers Placing holds, alerts, or stop payments Changing beneficiaries Debit Card Orders and maintenance ist customers with debit card, website, and mobile banking questions. ist customer with the setup of online banking and bill pay. Accept wire transfer requests from customers. Close accounts.
