Fan Experience Intern-Payroll & Scheduling - (Philadelphia, PA)

Position description: The Fan Services-Payroll & Scheduling Intern will enhance their education by working under the direct supervision of the Game Day Staff Payroll & Scheduling Coordinator. They will also learn from the Full-time Fan Services Staff of the Philadelphia Eagles. This role will be responsible for assisting in the management of Game Day Staff as well as completing office duties for the organization and other responsibilities as needed. Reporting Relationships: The Fan Services-Payroll & Scheduling Intern will report to the Game Day Staff Payroll & Scheduling Coordinator. Position duties: Develop and maintain day-to-day staff communication via phone and email Become proficient in ABI MasterMind program and assist in maintaining/updating event schedules for Game Day Staff Assist with evaluating staff performance, creating and sending employee performance notification letters and termination letters
