Description Position description The Tennis Assistant Manager assists the Tennis Manager in the overall direction, coordination and supervision of the Tennis Department. They help the Tennis Manager in ensuring Tennis Pros achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals and assist Tennis Manager in maintaining the Tennis Department business plan and budget. Position qualifications and Responsibilities Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive tennis lessons and programs to ensure students are satisfied with their program and remain motivated to attain their fitness goals Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during tennis lessons on proper forms, techniques, and strategies to improve their overall tennis game Observes and assesses student's performance to detect and correct mistakes Assists with training and developing staff through quality orientations, direction, and feedback Assigns Tennis Pros to classes and lessons and assists with payroll
