Position description Summary:PROJECT SUMMARY: In 2017, the NAM established the Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience (action collaborative), network of over 190 organizations committed to: 1. Raising the visibility of clinician anxiety, stress burnout, depression, and suicide 2. Improving baseline understanding of the challenges to clinician well-being 3. Advancing evidence-based, multidisciplinary solutions to improve patient care by caring for the caregiver To achieve these goals, the action collaborative develops resources for clinicians and leaders via 5 working groups, and hosts stakeholder events on a number of topics. JOB SUMMARY: Performs complex clerical and administrative duties for assigned program(s) or project(s) under minimal supervision. Coordinates logistical and administrative aspects of meetings. Writes, edits, and formats routine correspondence. Interfaces with committee members and performs duties involving committee activities.
