Support Merchandiser: The Support Merchandiser maintains the greeting card department for Papyrus Recycled Greetings (PRG) retail partners by reordering merchandise, straightening merchandise on display, putting up or taking down seasonal merchandise, counting carryover. The Support Merchandiser is responsible for covering vacant stores through the use of Best Practice techniques and is not assigned permanent coverage for any 1 specific Papyrus Recycled Greetings account. Additional responsibilities may include Peak Service, Weekend Service, covering vacations, sick coverage and assisting with the product and accessory portion of revisions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintains the Everyday Department by: o Reordering stock-controlled merchandise o Filling displays with company merchandise o Putting orders away (if required) o Straightening merchandise o Sorting and removing damaged and soiled merchandise o Pricing merchandise (if required)
