IT Security Engineer, Assoc - (Tampa, FL)

The IT Security Engineer, Associate participates in the execution and monitoring of IT Security related technology analyzing user and system generated data to determine appropriate responses, and is also responsible to provide support and hands-on operation of eDiscovery or forensics activities. Secondary assignments include the operation of IT Security programs and processes. Required functions: Participates in the operation of formalized IT Security programs and processes such as data loss prevention (DLP) monitoring, security event monitoring, data classification, eDiscovery, and incident response. Supports the technical execution of IT Security programs such as Event Monitoring. Responsible for the collection and correlation of Security Metrics from various IT Security programs.
