Position: Director of Training Location: Irving / Las Colinas Starts: April Duration: Full-time Status: Full-time Rate: up to $115K plus annual bonus Our financial client has an immediate need for a Director of Training! This is a full-time opportunity with a bonus and benefits! As Director of Training,you will lead a team of 3 Instructional Designers. Your team is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing learning solutions. Some of the leaning initiatives you will lead may include: - Job-specific training and certifications - Bachelor Degree - Solid background with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign - Plan and conduct training classes - New hire onboarding - Internal product training - Customer training RESPONSIBILITIES: - Proficiency in: Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline/360, and Microsoft office Suite - Oversee implementation of the LMS - Develop training strategy - Forecast and track your team's budget -Create a function that measures effectiveness and results
