Event Day Management Internship - Fall 2019 - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Internship applicants in Event Operations, Guest Background, and Club Events play an integral support role within the Stadium Operations Department. Throughout the football season, students will gain background by creating event materials, working on relevant projects, and building relationships.Event Day Management: Assist in coordination of Heinz Field event management functions including staffing, communication, and operational preparations. A successful applicant will be actively involved in departmental initiatives and plans, with the opportunity to participate in the execution of events when applicable. Private/Special Event Management: Aid in managing and executing special events at Heinz Field or on the Heinz Field campus. The student selected for this position must be a outstanding written and verbal communicator, as well as detail and customer service oriented to work successfully with clients and guests.
