Director of Team Merchandising - (Hillsborough, NC)

The Director of Team Merchandising is responsible for leading, managing and mentoring the team that is responsible for assortment planning, forecasting and inventory management of all Team merchandise and product embellishment materials. We are looking for an innovative senior leader with proven inventory organizational skills, ability to motivate and lead a team, and a desire to help us triple sales by 2024. The ideal teammate embraces a challenge and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for building a product assortment and merchandise strategy that delivers the company's goals of sales, margin, turn and fill-rate. This position will be part of a team that ensure SEI has a Merchandise-led, Sales-focused and Market-driven focus in our team business.
