Description Position description The Sales Assistant Manager assist the Department Head in the overall direction, coordination and supervision of the Sales Department. They ensure Membership Advisors achieve or exceed monthly goals as well as assists in maintaining the Sales Department business plans and marketing strategies to increase membership sales and Life Time Fitness products and services. The Sales Assistant Manager oversees the coaching of Membership Advisors to initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with each Life Time Fitness member.
