Estimator - (Massillon, OH)

A company in Massillon is seeking an Estimator to join their team Full time on first shift Responsibilities: ? Must be able to read and thoroughly understand engineered drawings ? Manage some aspects of projects after quotation when necessary ? Provide cost variance analysis, comparing quote vs. actual results ? Direct interaction with Vendors, Project Management, Engineering, Design and Prototype ? Provide detailed price estimates through company ERP system, from creative renderings or engineered drawings ? Expertise to estimate entire multiple substrates and operations: plastic, wood and Sheet Metal/wire fabrication ? Organize a high volume of project quotations at 1 time, in various stages, prioritizing tasks in order to complete per established deadlines Requirements: ? Experience in construction and/or manufacturing environments ? Proficient in Word, Microsoft excel and Outlook Proficient in Access (not required) ? Exposure in SolidWorks preferred; experience interpreting engineered drawings a must
