The Fast Track Technician, Auto is a training role for the advanced technician job. Fast Track Technicians spend at least 50% of their time developing their skills under the guidance of experienced automotive technicians. Fast Track Technicians attend a series of instructor led training classes to learn advanced automotive service and repair procedures in areas including brake repair, frontend repair, alignments and engine performance and diagnostics. As they learn and develop, they are responsible for providing professional, timely, and courteous customer service in appropriate automotive repairs based on training level, and completing each job on time without error or omission. Position duties/Responsibilities: *Greets/responds/projects quality image through associate and store appearance (interior and exterior) *Uses Quality Service Evaluation (QSE) Form to ask questions identifying each customer's reason for visit Stage each customer's vehicle for service as soon as possible
