Sales Training Manager - (Sherman Oaks, CA)

Scale is an upstart eCommerce company creating best-in-class medical supplements and beauty products. We are looking for a Sales Consultant / Trainer to mentor, guide and train our Contact Center agents to become experts in Customer Service and Sales. The perfect candidate will have proven B-to-C skills, a strong passion for people and solid knowledge of sales best practice and customer retention strategies. This position will also have an ongoing responsibility to track / increase sales revenue across the contact center team. In addition, you will also be responsible for ensuring new employees receive proper training to meet their responsibilities successfully. Minimum requirements 5+ years of background in a sales environment - preferably within a contact center environment Solid sales competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices Highly developed skills around customer retention and subscription strategies
