Sales Training Manager - (Canton, OH)

The Sales Training Manager is responsible for improving the productivity of Associates throughout the Timken global Sales and Engineering organizations. This position is the lead commercial, financial and professional skills trainer applying personal background along with industry best practices, delivered through multiple instructional design and delivery modes to achieve the desired behavior changes and business results of Associates. This position is the leader of the Timken Sales and Engineering Academy programs for all levels. This position is expected to have global impact supporting the development of targeted skills by partnering with global training partners in China, Europe and India. This position assesses the functional developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for Associates. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
