Experienced Chef - (San Francisco, CA)

Mollie Stone's Markets, a gourmet, independent grocery store chain, seeks an experienced Full-time Chef for our San Francisco - Tower location. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for food, leading by example, coach and develop a team, have great communication, and above all believe in exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: The chef is responsible for the daily production of high-quality food products for our deli and catering services. This position is responsible for developing recipes and creating unique dishes using seasonal ingredients. Merchandise prepared foods in cases, hot tables and other food stations. Provide exceptional customer service Great communication and leadership skills Requirements: At least 2-three years previous background as a chef in a restaurant or hotel with proven catering background. Must be able to follow recipe specifications as defined in compliance with safety and sanitation requirements. Serv-Safe certified is a plus!
