Position description Would you like to be part of a dynamic Human Resources team at Fortune seven CVS Health? As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with our PBM, you will play a key strategic role providing effective solutions to leaders to effectively support them in driving their talent and organizational strategy. You will lead performance management and talent management processes, change management and implementation of company-wide initiatives into aligned business units. You will be responsible for providing competent counsel to business units in a rapidly changing business environment, identifying issues and initiating resolutions in line with corporate policies and in support of business direction, and lead site management in execution of major Human Resources (HR) initiatives and facilitate positive change management.
