Benefits Coordinator - (Raleigh, NC)

Benefits coordinator needed for a busy company in Raleigh. This person will need to be bi-lingual in English and Spanish due to the high number of Spanish speaking employees. Working with the HR team, this person will be responsible for answering employee questions about benefits, helping to make changes to plans and signing new employees up. 2+ years of previous background working with benefits and new hires is required. This person might also be asked to help with other admin and HR tasks from time to time. Excellent technical skills including Microsoft office are required.
