Human Resources Manager - (Redwood Valley, CA)

The Human Resources Manager is responsible to plan and develop, implement, and operate a comprehensive Human Resources function for The Coyote Valley Casino and Tribal Office. Human Resources Manager is responsible to establish operational systems for all applicable facets of Human Resources operations. This will include, but is not limited to:Leadership and strategic planning, budgeting, policies and procedures, recruitment and retention, employee benefits, performance evaluation and counseling, employee development and training, compensation, employee problem-solving process, legal and regulatory compliance, and excellent communication with all entities.Provides consultation and advises department managers and supervisors in all human resources management endeavors.
